Key Responsibilities

• Develop engaging and conversion-oriented content for luxury/fashion resale products
• Craft compelling product storytelling across social media, email, and push notifications
• Use price comparisons, urgency hooks, and strong CTAs to drive buyer decisions
• Localise content to resonate with US buyer behaviour and language preferences

• Ideate and write content for marketing campaigns, product drops, and seasonal sales
• Support the team with quick-turnaround content for promotions, offers, and announcements
• Align with brand tone, visual direction, and content guidelines

• Demonstrate a clear understanding of US consumer psychology, resale trends, and competitors
• Monitor competitor content and pricing strategies, and incorporate insights into your content
• Identify opportunities to position our products better through storytelling and differentiated messaging

• Communicate effectively with design, product, and marketing teams
• Take feedback positively and adapt content quickly when required
• Work efficiently in a remote, fast-paced environment with tight deadlines

• 5+ years of proven content/copywriting experience in e-commerce, preferably in luxury/resale/fashion
• Strong portfolio of product storytelling content, not just blogs (examples must be provided)
• Experience crafting content for US audiences, with an understanding of their buying triggers
• Skilled at competitive positioning, value communication, and price-based selling
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills
• High responsiveness, adaptability, and attention to detail

• Experience working with fashion/luxury e-commerce brands or marketplaces
• Familiarity with tools like Klaviyo, Canva, Notion, or Figma
• An eye for design and layout in content formats
• SEO or paid ad copywriting experience
