The role demands a unique blend of commercial acumen, partner management, contract structuring, and strategic thinking. You will act as a thought partner to senior leadership and be accountable for driving long-term partnerships that impact customer experience and top-line growth.

Key Responsibilities:-

• Strategic Content Partnerships

  :
• Drive high-level commercial engagements and alliances with top-tier content providers. Identify and onboard strategic partners aligned with Airtel’s content and platform strategy.

• Commercial Structuring & ROI Analysis

  :
• Lead complex deal negotiations with clear focus on long-term value creation, cost optimization, and ROI. Use data-backed insights to influence deal structures and ensure business alignment.

• Leadership in Stakeholder Engagement

  :
• Engage with legal, regulatory, finance, and marketing teams to ensure alignment and governance. Represent content sourcing in senior management forums.

• Content Budget Leadership

  :
• Lead annual content sourcing budgets, long-term cost planning, and quarterly forecasts. Own accountability for meeting budgeted targets and managing payouts efficiently.

• Contractual & Regulatory Excellence

  :
• Drive closure of strategic and high-value content contracts with precision and timeliness. Mitigate risks through strong legal & regulatory alignment.

• Partner Relationship Management

  :
• Build and institutionalize structured partner governance frameworks, resolve escalations, and champion partner success metrics. Lead quarterly business reviews with key content players.

• Operational Transformation

  :
• Drive process improvement and automation initiatives across content sourcing and payment processes. Lead “War on Waste” initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce redundancy.

• Mentorship & Capability Building

  :
• Mentor and coach mid-level team members. Build future talent pipeline within the content sourcing vertical.

What we’re looking for

• Work Experience

  :
• Relevant experience in digital content sourcing, rights acquisition, and partner negotiations. Commercial deals and managing large-scale partner ecosystems.

• Industry Exposure

  :
• Strong exposure to digital media, OTT, broadcasting, or telecom content domains. Prior experience in

  Ad Sales

  , licensing, or syndication will be an advantage.
