We are a fast-growing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Partner in the GCC, enabling organizations across industries to accelerate their digital transformation with ERP, CRM, and AI-powered business solutions. We are now looking for a Content & Marketing Executive

 

Role Overview

The Content & Marketing Executive will be responsible for developing high-quality content, designing creative assets, managing digital channels, and supporting campaigns that establish our thought leadership in the Microsoft ecosystem. This role requires both creative storytelling

 

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Management

  • Develop engaging content for social media (LinkedIn focus), blogs, newsletters, and campaigns.
  • Translate

    news, software updates, industry events

    into customer-facing narratives.
  • Create landing pages and email campaigns aligned with lead-generation goals.
  • Draft case studies, whitepapers, and customer success stories in collaboration with consultants.

Design & Creative Execution

  • Design marketing collaterals, infographics, and decks using

    Canva, Photoshop & Illustrator

    .
  • Edit and produce high-quality

    short-form and long-form videos

    for campaigns, events, and product explainers.
  • Ensure branding consistency across all creative outputs.

Campaign Management & Digital Presence

  • Plan and maintain a

    content roadmap

    aligned with business goals and Microsoft campaigns.
  • Manage and grow

    LinkedIn company page and leadership profiles

    , ensuring high-quality, timely posting.
  • Track analytics and optimize content for engagement and lead conversion.

Coordination & Communication

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Sales, Delivery, Consultants) to extract technical insights for marketing.
  • Work with agencies and vendors for specialized content, paid ads, or PR campaigns.
  • Support event/webinar promotions, including speaker decks, invites, and follow-up content.

 

Required Skills & Competencies

Hard Skills:

  • Canva – High Proficiency

  • Video Editing – High Proficiency

    (Premiere Pro / Final Cut / CapCut or similar)
  • Photoshop & Illustrator – Semi Proficient
  • Landing Page Creation (WordPress / HubSpot / Webflow / Wix)
  • Basic understanding of SEO & paid campaigns (Google Ads / LinkedIn Ads) – Advantage

Soft Skills:

  • Exceptional Writing Skills

    – ability to create clear, professional, and engaging copy.
  • Ability to convert

    technical inputs (ERP, AI, Microsoft updates)

    into customer-centric content.
  • Strong planning skills for content calendars and campaign execution.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills – ability to work with agencies and internal teams.
  • Knowledge of

    LinkedIn marketing and analytics

    (mandatory).
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight timelines.

 

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in a marketing/content role (preferably in technology, SaaS, or B2B).
  • Experience in the

    Microsoft ecosystem / ERP / IT services

    industry is a strong plus.
