Job Summary: We are looking for a highly skilled Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant with 4-6 years of experience in implementing and supporting Business Central (formerly NAV) projects. The ideal candidate should possess strong functional knowledge, excellent communication skills, and hands-on experience in business process analysis, configuration, and client interaction. Key Responsibilities: • Engage with clients to gather and analyze business requirements across finance, supply chain, sales, purchase, and inventory modules. • Translate business needs into functional specifications for Business Central solutions. • Configure and implement Business Central based on the best practices. • Collaborate with technical consultants to develop customizations and integrations as needed. • Conduct user training, create documentation, and provide post-go-live support. • Lead client workshops and demos to explain BC functionalities. • Perform testing, data migration, and deployment support. • Work closely with project managers and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of projects. • Assist in pre-sales activities including effort estimation, proposal preparation, and solution design when required.
