The Solution Consulting FZCO (TSC) /D365 Solutions Pvt Ltd is a Microsoft Solution partner organization engaged in implementing Microsoft business solutions (Microsoft Dynamics 365) to different verticals of business. Currently, we are hiring Business Central Technical Consultants for India. Please find the below JD and the skills required for the same. Job Summary: We are seeking a proficient Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Technical Consultant with 4-6 years of experience in development, customization, and technical implementation of Dynamics 365 Business Central (formerly NAV). The ideal candidate will possess strong AL and C/AL development skills, a good understanding of the functional modules, and the ability to work closely with functional teams and end-users to deliver high-quality ERP solutions. Key Responsibilities: • Design, develop, test, and deploy customizations, extensions, and integrations for Business Central using AL (and legacy C/AL where applicable). • Customize existing modules and develop new modules based on client requirements. • Develop reports, XML ports, and data migration packages. • Integrate Business Central with third-party systems and Microsoft Power Platform. • Collaborate with functional consultants to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. • Participate in full software development lifecycle – analysis, design, coding, testing, documentation, and deployment. • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in Business Central environments. • Conduct code reviews, ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices. • Support upgrade projects from NAV to Business Central. • Document all technical customizations and processes for internal and client use. Required Skills & Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. • 4–6 years of experience as a Technical Consultant in Microsoft Dynamics NAV / D365 Business Central. • Strong development experience using AL and C/AL. • Hands-on experience in Visual Studio Code, Git, and DevOps for Business Central. • Proficient in creating APIs, web services, and integrations with external systems. • Good knowledge of SQL Server, data structures, and performance optimization. • Familiarity with extensions (V2), event-driven programming, and app publishing. • Experience in report development (RDLC / Word Layouts). • Knowledge of Power BI, Power Automate, or Azure DevOps is a plus. • Microsoft certification in Dynamics 365 Business Central is an advantage.
