Job Summary:
We are seeking a creative and strategic Content Manager to lead our content initiatives across digital platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, creating, and managing high-quality content that strengthens brand presence and drives engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
● Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy aligned with business goals.
○ Someone who can translate medical knowledge into consumer-friendly, compliant content
● Plan, create, edit, and publish content across websites, blogs, social media, email, and other channels.
● Oversee content calendars and ensure timely delivery of all content assets.
● Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to produce cohesive and consistent messaging.
● Optimize content for SEO, readability, and engagement.
● Track content performance using analytics tools and provide insights for improvement.
● Manage external content writers, agencies, and freelancers as needed.
● Maintain brand guidelines and ensure tone/voice consistency across all platforms.
● Owns end-to-end video content flow: idea → doctor coordination → shoot → publishing → consistency.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
●Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
● 3–5 years of experience in content marketing, copywriting, or digital marketing.
● Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
● Solid understanding of SEO, keyword research, and content performance metrics.
● Ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and work independently.
● Creative thinker with strong attention to detail.
