Role Overview: The Medical Transcriptionist is responsible for accurate, formatted, and grammatically correct written medical documents. This role ensures that patient records are up-to-date and meet regulatory and quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Prepare accurate discharge summaries based on inputs from consulting doctors, OT notes, prescriptions, and diagnostic reports. Ensure consistency and correctness of clinical information and formatting across documents. Coordinate with doctors to validate summaries and obtain timely approvals. Share final approved documents with partner hospitals for compliance and record keeping. Ensure all documentation is correctly uploaded and organized in Nivaan’s Electronic Health Records system. Maintain strict confidentiality and adherence to Nivaan’s documentation standards and data protocols. Support the Clinical Compliance team in maintaining high-quality clinical records. Role Overview The Assistant Manager – Patient Operations is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, inter-departmental coordination, and process adherence. The ideal candidate will lead and support cross-functional teams to ensure seamless patient service delivery, data accuracy, and clinical process compliance across clinics.
