Business Development Associate

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven dedicated Business Development Associate to join our team and help us deliver exceptional care to individuals in need.

Location: Gurugram

Compensation – 3 – 4 LPA

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with Patients via call
• Understand Patient Problems and answer queries (if any).
• Advise Patients on the most suitable service as per their needs.
• Develop and Execute Sales Strategies
• Collaborate with Care Managers for a seamless Enrolment Experience.
• Achieve Enrolment Targets and contribute to the Team’s Success
• Collect and maintain Up to Date Patient Data

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (any field)
• 1- 3 years of Core Sales Experience (Freshers with strong aptitude for sale can apply)
• Age - Upto 25 Years
• Proficiency in English and Hindi
• Excellent communication and Interpersonal skills.
• Can work in a Fast Paced Environment.
• Compassionate, empathetic, and patient-centered approach to care.
