Role Summary

As a Content Lead, you define the voice, clarity, and narrative of digital products and experiences. You understand that great design is both visual and verbal—crafting language that guides, informs, and delights while reinforcing product intent and brand integrity.

You combine storytelling, writing, and content strategy to create scalable, human-centered frameworks. Partnering with UX, Visual, and Product Designers, you build seamless experiences across every touchpoint.

You embrace AI as a creative partner, using tools like ChatGPT and Gemini to ideate, refine tone, and localize content quickly—while maintaining empathy and editorial judgment. You also explore GEO (Generative Experience Optimization) to transform search intent into adaptive, conversational, and discoverable content.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end content strategy for digital products—ensuring clarity, consistency, and accessibility.
• Partner with designers to define language in navigation, interaction, and hierarchy.
• Develop impactful content including UX microcopy, marketing narratives, and case studies.
• Conduct audits to maintain tone, SEO/GEO alignment, and storytelling quality.
• Integrate content into design systems—defining tone, error states, and calls to action.
• Use AI tools for ideation, localization, and accuracy improvements; promote ethical usage.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create cohesive, engaging narratives.
• Review and mentor junior writers to elevate storytelling and brand alignment.
• Present content strategies and rationale through a user-centered lens.
