Content & Copy Intelligence Lead

Your Mission

To transform human truth into scalable creative systems.

data-backed stories, hooks, and ads

You’ll create the content infrastructure that feeds every channel team — automating delivery of new creative assets, messages, and copy variants every 7 days.

Key Responsibilities

1. Creative Intelligence & Research

  • Analyze sales transcripts, support calls, and feedback forms to uncover real buyer pain points, objections, and emotional signals.
  • Convert those insights into

    storyline frameworks, hook templates, and ad angles

    for all channels.
  • Maintain a

    “Hook Library”

    — a categorized repository of headlines, CTAs, and visuals that consistently deliver 8 + lead ratings.
  • Benchmark against U.S. competitors weekly to identify trends, seasonal opportunities, and language shifts.

2. Content System Architecture

  • Build and automate

    60-day Content Calendars

    across:
  • Meta:

    Paid & organic creatives (reels, carousels, stories)
  • Google/YouTube:

    Ad copy, thumbnails, and headlines
  • LinkedIn:

    Thought-leadership posts, InMail scripts, outreach messages
  • Email:

    Nurture sequences, drip campaigns, and product storytelling
  • Organic SEO:

    Blog briefs, landing-page copy, and lead magnets
  • Collaborate with Channel Managers and Designers to ensure one unified message per campaign cycle.
  • Feed every campaign iteration back into Aonxi AI for learning and scoring.

3. Copywriting & Hook Engineering

  • Write

    short-form hooks

    (under 10 words) and

    long-form story arcs

    (ads, scripts, landing pages) tuned for American buyers.
  • Apply neuroscience and behavior models — scarcity, social proof, emotional contrast — to create

    scroll-stopping first lines

    .
  • Generate multi-variant versions for testing; track 8 + performance metrics across audiences.
  • Ensure every line of copy aligns with Aonxi’s tone:

    Truthful. Intelligent. Measurable.

4. Automation & Collaboration

  • Automate publication using

    GoHighLevel, Zapier, Airtable, Buffer, or HubSpot

    .
  • Coordinate with AI Pod to generate alternate variants weekly; select top performers manually or through AI scoring.
  • Ensure all creative assets are tagged, versioned, and retrievable via Aonxi’s central content repository.

5. Reporting & Learning

  • Present weekly performance dashboards showing:
  • CTR, CPL, and conversion uplift per hook
  • 8 + lead impact per creative theme
  • Channel-wise ROI influence of copy variants
  • Use results to refine the “Content Intelligence Model” — a feedback system where each ad iteration learns from human and AI ratings.

Expected Outcomes

  • 100 % of Aonxi clients have active 60-day content plans.
  • ≥ 70 % of content assets rated 8 + by delivery and client teams.
  • ≥ 25 % CPL reduction per creative cycle.
  • ≥ 30 % increase in engagement rate across Meta, LinkedIn, and Email.
  • 100 % integration of content data into the Aonxi AI loop.

What We’re Looking For

  • 4–8 years

    in copywriting, creative direction, or content strategy for U.S. markets (B2B + B2C).
  • Proven record of creating

    ads or campaigns that directly generated leads or revenue

    , not just impressions.
  • Mastery of

    short-form writing, storytelling, and visual collaboration.

  • Understanding of U.S. consumer psychology

    — tone, humor, urgency, and cultural nuance.
  • Familiar with

    AI-assisted writing tools

    (ChatGPT, Jasper, Copy.ai) but capable of outperforming them.
  • Experience working with

    cross-channel teams

    and tight feedback cycles.
