Conga Developer

As a Conga Developer you are responsible for primarily Techno- functional areas to help colleagues develop, enhance and scale our Conga CMS landscape. You will work with process analysts and subject matter experts to make successful automation projects using Conga CLM ( Salesforce & Force.com) and Conga Tools like X Author Contracts.
You will also be responsible for making technical decisions within a team and for driving end-to-end process automations to deliver stable CMS solutions which meet the business requirements and organizational efficiency.

• You’ll be joining our technical team as a techno-functional core developer, working on enhancements using Conga and Salesforce platform components.

• Run discovery sessions on a need basis to confidently gather business requirements and translate them into high-quality requirements documents and Jira user stories.

• Responsible for delivering functional enhancements, new features, and other Conga CLM-related projects throughout the B.com Conga Teams software development lifecycle.

• Write better user stories and assist the business in writing, executing, and coordinating the execution of Conga CLM test scripts for business UAT and other testing.

• Oversee the implementation to ensure compliance with governance and security requirements.

• Be an excellent communicator, capable of addressing business problems with both technical and non-technical audiences.

What will you bring to the role?

• 6+ years of SFDC(Salesforce.com) functional, development and/or engineering experience.

• 2+ years of Strong Conga CLM ( formerly Apttus) real world product experience.

• Strong knowledge of the Contract Management Lifecycle process.

• At Least 2+ years of experience as a Conga CLM Techno Functional Consultant, Conga CLM Business Analyst, or Business Design Consultant, with a primary focus on Conga functionality for an enterprise Conga CLM implementation.

• Able to organize and independently run workshops with business users.

• Deep understanding of Conga CLM declarative configuration for areas like
  

  • building Agreement Templates,
  • building enhancing Conga Advanced Approval processes
  • building / managing document generation tools like Templates, Clauses, Clause Libraries,
  • building / configuring Conga and Salesforce Automations like Flows, Process Builders, Triggers, Classes, Custom Settings, etc.

• Collaborating with Salesforce Administrator to validate business requirements and any considerations (security, scalability, limits)

• Strong Conga CLM Data Migration experience

• Develop Apex (classes and triggers), Visualforce, (based on specific requirements) to extend Salesforce in order to support business requirements

• Custom User Interface development, including Visualforce pages/Lightning pages, Aura Components and Lightning Web Components.

• Integrations: Use Salesforce APIs to integrate with other systems used in the organization.

• Best Practices: Adhere to Salesforce best practices, maintain code documentation, and write / maintain test classes for all custom development.

• Integrating and maintaining business applications to Salesforce, such as e.g. DocuSign, Conga etc.

• Collaborating within the Conga Team, with the Conga Product Manager, Engineering Lead, and your colleagues on the Conga Engineering team. for other systems in order to integrate across the business

• Experience designing, developing, deploying and maintaining software in a production setting.

• Experience working in a scrum/agile environment.

• Excellent communication skills in English both written and verbal.

• Salesforce Developer or Architecture Certifications are required, ie Certified Salesforce Administrator,Certified Platform App Builder,Certified Platform Developer I/II will be an added advantage.

• Conga CLM Certifications would be great.
