Job Description

Experience Required: Minimum 1 year Compensation: As per Company Standards Notice Period: Immediate to 30 days Location: Sricity, Andhra Pradesh (Candidates must be willing to relocate to Sricity) Key Responsibilities: Ensure full compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements under the Companies Act, SEBI regulations, FEMA, and other applicable laws. Act as a key liaison between the Board of Directors, senior management, and regulatory authorities. Plan, convene, and manage Board Meetings, Annual General Meetings (AGMs), and Committee Meetings, including the preparation of agendas, notices, minutes, and resolutions. Advise the Board and senior leadership on best practices in corporate governance and legal risks of business decisions. Handle all corporate filings, disclosures, and reporting obligations with the Registrar of Companies (ROC), SEBI, stock exchanges, and other relevant authorities. Maintain and regularly update all statutory records, including registers of members, directors, and other key records. Draft and review legal documents, contracts, and internal policies to ensure legal and regulatory compliance. Support corporate actions including restructuring, mergers, acquisitions, and strategic partnerships from a compliance standpoint. Manage shareholder relations, communication, and dispute resolution to promote transparency and uphold ethical governance standards. Keep abreast of changes in relevant laws, rules, and governance trends, ensuring continuous compliance. Qualifications & Skills: Qualified Company Secretary with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in a corporate environment. In-depth knowledge of corporate laws, SEBI regulations, FEMA, and related labor laws. Proven experience in board governance, regulatory reporting, and corporate compliance frameworks. Strong legal drafting, communication, and analytical capabilities. Ability to manage multiple tasks independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams. Proficiency in MS Office tools and compliance management systems. Note: This is a full-time, on-site role based in Sricity, Andhra Pradesh.
