We’re Hiring | Company Secretary (Listed Company Experience Required)

Location: Our HO at Chittorgarh, Rajasthan

Experience: 8–15 years (flexible for the right profile)

We are looking for a seasoned Company Secretary

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure end-to-end compliance with

  SEBI (LODR), Companies Act, 2013

  , and other applicable regulations for listed entities
• Act as the principal compliance officer for all

  capital market transactions

  , including:
• IPO / FPO / Rights Issue / QIP / Preferential Issue
• Private placements, debt issuances, and other fund-raising instruments
• Liaise with

  SEBI, Stock Exchanges, ROC, Depositories, Merchant Bankers, Legal Advisors, Auditors

  , and Trustees
• Draft, review, and manage

  offer documents, prospectuses, investor communications, disclosures, and filings

• Support the Board, Board Committees, and shareholders with governance best practices

• Monitor regulatory changes and proactively advise management on compliance, risk, and governance implications

• Handle corporate actions, insider trading compliance, ESOPs, and shareholder-related matters

What We’re Looking For

• Qualified

  Company Secretary (ICSI member)

• Mandatory experience working with listed companies

• Strong, practical exposure to capital markets and public fund raising

• Up-to-date knowledge of SEBI regulations, stock exchange compliances, and corporate governance norms

• Ability to work closely with senior leadership and external stakeholders

• High integrity, attention to detail, and strong communication skills
