Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Community Manager located in Noida. The Community Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the workspace, managing client relationships, organizing community events, and ensuring a high level of service quality and satisfaction. Additional responsibilities include coordinating with different departments, fostering a vibrant and collaborative community, and addressing tenant inquiries and concerns. The role also involves marketing and promoting services, managing social media accounts, and driving client engagement initiatives.

• Excellent Customer Service and Relationship Management skills
• Strong Communication, Interpersonal, and Organizational skills
• Experience in Event Planning and Community Building
• Proficiency in Social Media Management and Marketing
• Ability to multitask and handle operational tasks efficiently
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred( 1 - 5 years)
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field
