Were looking for a dynamic, creator-first Community Lead who will build and scale NIATs student creator ecosystem across multiple colleges. The core mission of this role is to create more content creators inside campuses and drive a self-sustaining UGC engine . You will lead the entire UGC content pipeline , from building communities, running workshops, activating creators, to scaling student-led content pages.
