The ideal candidate will ensure the accurate tracking, timely movement, and proper storage of raw materials, packaging materials, while maintaining compliance with food safety and quality standards. Key Responsibilities Inventory Management: Receive, inspect, and store raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods in an organized manner. Ensure timely issuance of materials to production as per requisitions. Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile with system records. Monitor storage conditions to comply with food safety, FIFO, and FEFO standards. Data Entry and Documentation: Accurately record all stock movements in Busy software (GRN, issue slips, stock transfers, dispatches, etc.). Maintain up-to-date inventory records, stock ledgers, and reporting in Busy. Ensure all stock entries are supported with proper documentation like purchase invoices, requisition forms, etc. Store Operations: Oversee loading, unloading, stacking, and safe handling of materials. Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and order in the store area. Assist in internal and external audits by providing accurate stock data. Compliance: Follow GSP (Good Storage Practices) and food safety standards. Ensure proper segregation, labeling, and storage as per product category. Ensure all store activities comply with company policies and regulatory requirements. Key Skills and Competencies: Strong knowledge of inventory management and storekeeping practices.
