Data-Driven Growth: Analytics & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on community growth, engagement, and campaign performance. Use analytics tools to identify trends and opportunities to enhance user experience and marketing ROI. KPIs: Define and achieve KPIs such as Monthly Active Users (MAU), engagement rates, community growth, and retention metrics. Partnerships & Outreach: Influencer Marketing: Build and manage relationships with influencers, streamers, and creators who align with MA Avatar brand. Develop co-branded initiatives with partners to expand reach and attract new users. Collaborations: Identify partnership opportunities with relevant brands, communities, and organizations to create mutually beneficial campaigns. Required Qualifications Experience: 3+ years of experience in community management, marketing, or similar roles in gaming, Web3 consumer-focused industries.
