About the Role

Roles and Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Assist in managing Mid-Day’s social media handles (Instagram, Facebook, X, YouTube, etc.)
Create and schedule posts, reels, and stories to drive engagement
Track trending topics and brainstorm creative content ideas
Write catchy captions, hashtags, and short copy for social posts
Support the team in daily content planning and analytics reporting
Coordinate with editorial, video, and design teams for timely uploads
Monitor audience engagement and assist in community management

What We’re Looking For

Passion for social media, digital storytelling, and online trends
Strong understanding of Instagram, YouTube, X (Twitter), and Facebook
Basic knowledge of Canva, Reels, or short-form video creation is a plus
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Creative, proactive, and detail-oriented
Team player with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
