Job Description

SEO Executive Intern

Candidate Requirements:

Mass Communication, Digital Media, Journalism, Marketing, or related fields.
A keen interest in SEO and digital marketing.
Basic understanding of how search engines work and SEO fundamentals.
Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and Keyword Planner (training will be provided).
Strong communication, research, and writing skills.
Proactive, eager to learn, and able to work in a fast-paced digital environment.

Roles and Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in developing and implementing on-page and off-page SEO strategies.
Conduct keyword research and identify opportunities for traffic and ranking improvements.
Optimize website content, headlines, images, and internal linking for SEO.
Support technical SEO audits and improvements with the tech team.
Track, monitor, and analyze SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
Work with the editorial and content team to align SEO strategies with publishing plans.
Stay updated with Google algorithm updates and SEO best practices.
