Role Overview: As a Digital Communications & Network Specialist at I-PAC, you will play a crucial role in strategizing and executing digital campaigns, managing online communities, and mobilizing grassroots digital networks for impactful political engagement on various social media platforms. Your ability to think strategically and thrive in a fast-paced environment will be essential in managing multiple stakeholders effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with political leaders, community influencers, journalists, and key stakeholders to amplify campaign messaging and enhance engagement. - Oversee and manage social media accounts by creating and posting content, monitoring engagement, and responding to interactions across different platforms. - Plan, implement, and monitor digital campaigns to ensure they align with strategic goals, making necessary adjustments for maximum impact. - Develop and nurture a robust network of supporters, influencers, YouTubers, and media personnel at the grassroots level to expand the reach of campaigns. - Stay updated on evolving digital trends, social media changes, and audience behaviors to contribute to shaping campaign strategies. - Collaborate closely with design, video, and campaign teams to ensure the seamless execution of digital initiatives. - Be proactive in adapting to high-pressure environments and be willing to travel as required to support on-the-ground activities. Qualifications Required: - A Bachelors/Masters degree from a Tier-1 institute with at least 1 year of experience in Digital Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field. - Proficiency in Telugu. - General understanding of social media platforms, digital marketing, and audience engagement strategies. - Ability to work comfortably in high-pressure environments, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to changing circumstances. - Willingness to travel to support digital campaigns and grassroots outreach efforts.,
