Digital Communications & Network Specialist

Role Overview: As a Digital Communications & Network Specialist at I-PAC, you will be responsible for designing and implementing digital communication strategies, managing grassroots digital networks, and leading impactful political campaigns on various social media platforms. Your role will involve creating engaging content, managing social media accounts, analyzing digital trends, collaborating with different teams, executing digital campaigns, and building a strong network of supporters and influencers. Key Responsibilities: - Write and create engaging content for social media, websites, and other digital platforms - Build and maintain relationships with influencers, community leaders, and partners - Handle social media accounts, post content, respond to messages, and track engagement - Stay updated on new digital trends, audience behavior, and social media changes - Collaborate with design, video, and campaign teams to ensure smooth execution of plans - Plan and run digital campaigns, track performance, and suggest improvements - Develop and maintain a strong network of party supporters, influencers, YouTubers, and media personnel at the grassroots level to amplify messaging Qualifications Required: - Bachelors/Masters degree from a Tier-1 institute with 1-2 years of experience in Communication, Digital Marketing, or Media - Strong command of Bengali, Hindi, and English - Understanding of social media, digital marketing, video production, graphics, and storytelling - Experience with Google Analytics, X (formerly Twitter) Analytics, and other social media tracking tools - Ability to engage with political leaders, journalists, influencers, and community representatives - Willingness to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and travel as required If you are enthusiastic about political campaigns, digital strategy, and grassroots mobilization, this role at I-PAC presents a distinctive opportunity to contribute to shaping India's political landscape.,
