Role Overview As a Community Mobilizer at Sambhav Foundation in Bengaluru, your primary responsibility will be to engage with community members, manage community activities, facilitate communication between the community and the organization, and provide exceptional customer service. Your daily tasks will include organizing community meetings, developing and implementing community programs, and addressing community concerns. Key Responsibilities - Engage with community members to build relationships and foster a sense of community - Manage and coordinate community activities to promote social impact and empowerment - Facilitate communication between the community and the organization to ensure effective collaboration - Provide excellent customer service to community members and address their needs and concerns promptly - Organize and lead community meetings to discuss important issues and gather feedback - Develop and implement community programs that align with the organization's goals and objectives Qualifications - Strong interpersonal skills and effective communication abilities to interact with diverse community members - Experience in community engagement and community management to drive positive social change - Customer service skills to ensure community members feel valued and supported - Proficiency in local languages and the ability to work effectively in diverse cultural settings - Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills to manage community initiatives efficiently - Relevant experience in social work or community development would be advantageous - A Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Sociology, or a related field to provide a solid foundation for your role as a Community Mobilizer.,
