Our training programs empower individuals with practical skills in various technical and service sectors.   Position Overview: The Mobilizer will be responsible for community outreach and mobilization activities to identify, counsel, and enrol candidates for the Refrigerator, Air Conditioner, and Washing Machine (RACW) Technician and IT-Enabled Services (ITES) training programs at our Navi Mumbai center. The role involves field engagement, collaboration with local stakeholders, and maintaining candidate data. Key Responsibilities: Conduct field visits in nearby communities, institutions, and residential areas to identify potential candidates. Organize and participate in community meetings, mobilization drives, and awareness campaigns. Coordinate with NGOs, local leaders, and other partner organizations for outreach activities. Collect and maintain accurate candidate data and documentation. Counsel prospective students about training programs, benefits, and career opportunities. Update the candidate database and manage online enrolment processes. Support the centre team in achieving monthly enrolment targets. Qualifications and Experience: Graduate in any discipline (Social Work graduates preferred). Freshers or candidates with prior experience in community outreach, mobilization, or field marketing may apply. Skills Required: Good communication and interpersonal skills. Basic computer skills (MS Office, data entry). Local area knowledge of Navi Mumbai and nearby regions. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.   Employment Type: Full-time Working Days: Monday to Saturday Timings: 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹24,000 per month (based on experience and skills)
