Role Description

This is a remote full-time role for a Discord Moderator. The Discord Moderator will be responsible for managing and moderating community discussions, ensuring that community guidelines are adhered to, and fostering a positive environment. The Moderator will respond to inquiries, address rule violations, and facilitate engaging conversations among community members. The role also involves collaborating with the support team and participating in community events.

Qualifications

• Experience in community management, moderating discussions, and enforcing guidelines
• Strong communication skills and the ability to foster a positive online environment
• Problem-solving abilities and the capability to handle conflicts
• Knowledge of Discord moderation tools and features
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Previous experience in trading or a strong interest in finance is a plus
• Organizational and time management skills
