Install, configure, and troubleshoot software and hardware (laptops, printers, etc.). Provide support for Microsoft Office 365 applications (Outlook, Teams, Word, etc.). Assist users with email setup, VPN, and remote access. Monitor and maintain local area networks (LAN) and internet connections. Coordinate with vendors for internet or hardware issues. Troubleshoot connectivity issues and ensure minimal downtime. Regularly apply software updates, patches, and security fixes. Monitor antivirus, firewall logs, and implement security best practices. Support compliance with IT policies and data protection standards. Maintain an updated inventory of IT assets (laptops, peripherals, licenses). Track asset allocation to users and handle retrievals upon exit. Assist in OneDrive, SharePoint, and Google Workspace support (if applicable). Ensure backups are working properly and help restore data when required. Support custom project applications and web platforms.
