Community Manager

As a Community Manager at Talrops, your primary focus will be on building, nurturing, and managing our online and offline communities. You will be responsible for creating engagement strategies, managing social media accounts, fostering positive interactions among users, and driving participation in events, discussions, and feedback loops. Your core responsibilities will include: - Developing and implementing community-building strategies that drive engagement and growth. - Managing social media platforms to ensure consistent messaging and interaction. - Facilitating discussions and activities that encourage collaboration and knowledge-sharing within the community. - Identifying and engaging with key influencers, advocates, and thought leaders in the community. - Monitoring community feedback and escalating issues to the relevant departments. - Planning and executing community events, both online and offline, to promote the brand and strengthen user loyalty. - Providing reports and analysis of community growth, engagement, and overall sentiment. To qualify for this role, you should have: - A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Social Media, or a related field. - Minimum of 2 years of experience in community management. - Proven experience in community management or social media marketing. - Strong understanding of online community platforms and tools. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team. - Passion for building strong, engaged communities.
