Role & responsibilities

  • Assist in preparation and cooking of

    Indian cuisine

    (North/South/Regional as assigned)
  • Handle

    independent sections

    under guidance during service
  • Ensure

    mise en place

    is prepared well in advance for smooth operations
  • Maintain

    food quality, taste, and presentation

    as per hotel standards
  • Follow

    HACCP, hygiene, and food safety

    standards at all times
  • Control

    food wastage

    and ensure proper storage (FIFO/FEFO)
  • Assist seniors during

    buffets, banquets, and events

  • Maintain cleanliness of the

    kitchen, equipment, and work area

  • Comply with

    standard recipes and portion control

  • Support junior staff and trainees when required

Preferred candidate profile

  • Immediate joiners
  • Experience in

    hotel or multi-cuisine setup
