Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Commi - 2 to join our team in the bakery industry. The ideal candidate will have excellent culinary skills and be able to work well under pressure.

Roles and Responsibility

Assist the head chef in planning and preparing menus for special events and functions.
Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety.
Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
Develop new recipes and menu ideas to enhance the dining experience.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
Participate in inventory management and stock control.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a Commi - 2 or similar role in a professional kitchen environment.
Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and ingredients.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality service.
