Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Commi II to join our team in the Indian, Tandoor, and South Indian cuisine departments. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in the hospitality industry.

Roles and Responsibility
  • Assist the Chef de Partie in planning and preparing high-quality dishes according to recipes and presentation standards.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Develop new menu ideas and recipes to enhance the culinary experience.
  • Participate in food costing and inventory management activities.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Job Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Commi II in a professional kitchen setup.
  • Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, ingredients, and equipment.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
