Roles and Responsibility

Manage and maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and taste.
Assist the Chef de Partie in planning menus and preparing special dishes.
Ensure efficient kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and service.
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Develop and implement new menu ideas and recipes to enhance the dining experience.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a Commi I or similar role in a reputable establishment.
Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and menu planning.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods.
Familiarity with kitchen equipment and appliances, including refrigeration and dish washing machines.
