Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Commis to join our team in the hospitality industry, specifically in Asian cuisine. The ideal candidate should have 0-1 year of experience.

Roles and Responsibility
  • Assist in preparing and cooking high-quality dishes according to recipes and presentation standards.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with other chefs and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Develop and implement new menu ideas and recipes to enhance culinary offerings.
  • Ensure all food products are stored properly and used efficiently.
  • Participate in inventory management and ordering supplies as needed.
Job Requirements
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong knowledge of Asian cuisine and its techniques.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools is an advantage.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations and challenges.
