To excel in this role, you should possess significant experience in game development and designing. You must have prior experience managing a team of 7 or more members. Proficiency in various 2D and 3D art software, along with knowledge of game engines, is essential. A strong understanding of color theory, composition, staging techniques, UI/UX principles, as well as excellent communication and collaboration skills will be beneficial for this position.
