Cross-Functional Collaboration: Facilitate communication and collaboration between various departments involved in the transformation project. Identify and help resolve inter-departmental conflicts or resource constraints that could impede project progress. Champion the transformation vision and objectives across the organization. Data Analysis & Reporting: Collect, analyze, and interpret project data to assess performance against targets. Prepare comprehensive progress reports, dashboards, and presentations for the MD and senior leadership. Identify variances, risks, and opportunities, and recommend corrective actions. Change Management Support: Assist in communicating change initiatives and their benefits to relevant stakeholders. Support initiatives aimed at fostering adaptability and engagement among employees during the transformation. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Project Management, or a related field.
