Web and Graphic Designer

The ideal candidate for this position should have effortless proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and XD, along with a strong knowledge of color theory, typography, and aesthetics principles. You should be familiar with front-end HTML, PHP, CSS, and WordPress web development processes. Experience in crafting user interface (UI) designs for professional use on websites and mobile apps is essential. You should be able to develop a design language that aligns with agreed styles and objectives and understand complex UX workflows. Additionally, familiarity with the latest design best practices, creativity in producing original vector graphics based on requirement briefs, and basic skills in Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom for managing raster images are required. 2D animation skills and basic video editing familiarity using Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects would be advantageous. Effective communication with communications managers and web development personnel to ensure designs are executed as intended is crucial for this role. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with the communications manager to create wireframes and functional mockups for complex UX-based user interfaces on web and mobile platforms. You will also be tasked with generating original vector graphics, adapting content assets for social platforms, designing branding materials, and maintaining brand assets like logos and templates.
