Web and Graphic Designer

Job description

Responsibilities:

• Design and create high-quality graphics for various digital platforms, including social media, websites, email campaigns, and online advertising.
• Develop and maintain brand consistency across all digital touchpoints.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to understand campaign objectives and create effective visual solutions.
• Optimize graphics for different platforms and devices.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and digital marketing best practices.
• Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Effectively communicate design concepts and rationale to team members and stakeholders.
• Contribute to the development of visual content strategies.
• Possibly assist with basic video editing

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably with a focus on digital marketing.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or similar design software.
• Solid understanding of digital marketing principles, including social media marketing, SEO, and content marketing.
• Strong portfolio showcasing design skills and digital marketing knowledge.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Academics

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field.
• Video editing skills.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Corel Draw, Illustrator & related software
• Strong knowledge of HTML, HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap, etc.
• Optional: Knowledge of Canva, or other online design tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Required)

Experience:

• CSS: 2 years (Preferred)
• Design: 1 year (Preferred)
