Lead and manage a team of designers to deliver creative, high-quality design solutions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, marketing, and clients to understand requirements.

Oversee project planning, timelines, and execution to ensure successful delivery.

Provide guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback to design team members.

Review and ensure all designs meet brand guidelines and project objectives.

Stay updated with design trends, tools, and industry best practices.

Coordinate with stakeholders to manage expectations and resolve issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field (Master s preferred).

5 8 years of professional experience in
Web and Graphic Design
.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, InDesign, Figma, etc.).

Understanding of UI/UX principles and responsive design.

Excellent communication, presentation, and client-handling skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
