Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred. 1 - 2 years of proven experience as a Technical Support Specialist or similar role. Strong knowledge of computer systems, software, and hardware. Experience with remote desktop applications and help desk software. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills in. Fluency in English, both written and verbal, is required. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to handle challenging situations professionally. Technical certifications are a plus.
