Notice Period: Immediate Joiner / 30-day notice period

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated Technical Support Executive with 2-3 years of experience in supporting ERP software. The ideal candidate will work a night shift and must have a 30-day notice period or be an immediate joiner.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to customers via tickets, email, and Zoom meetings.
• Troubleshoot and resolve software related issues in a timely manner
• Log and track customer issues in a ticketing system
• Ensure customer satisfaction by following up on open issues and keeping customers informed of progress
• Collaborate with development and QA teams to resolve customer issues
• Continuously improve knowledge of the ERP software and stay current with industry developments

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of experience in technical support for ERP software
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Ability to work in a night shift
