Technical Support Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated Technical Support Executive to join our Endpoint

Security team. The ideal candidate will support the deployment, configuration, andmaintenance of endpoint security solutions, ensuring systems are secure, stable, and compliant. This role is suitable for freshers and career professionals eager to build hands-on experience in cybersecurity and endpoint protection technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Deploy, configure, monitor, and maintain endpoint security tools such as antivirus, EDR, DLP, and encryption solutions.
• Provide L1/L2 technical support for endpoint security-related issues.
• Troubleshoot endpoint security incidents and coordinate with internal teams for resolution.
• Assist in monitoring security alerts, logs, and endpoint health dashboards.
• Support regular updates, patching, and policy enforcement for endpoint security tools.
• Document issues, solutions, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Ensure adherence to security policies and best practices.

Required Skills & Experience

• 0–2 years of experience in Technical Support, IT Support, or Endpoint Security

(Freshers can apply).

• Hands-on or basic working knowledge of endpoint security tools such as:

o CrowdStrike

o Symantec

o Trellix (McAfee)

o SentinelOne

o Sophos

o Trend Micro (or similar tools)

• Basic understanding of Windows OS, endpoint management, and cybersecurity fundamentals.
• Familiarity with antivirus, EDR, and endpoint protection concepts.

Educational Qualifications

• Any Graduate / Diploma in IT, Computer Science, Cyber Security, or related field.
• Relevant certifications (if any) will be an added advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
