Role Overview
We are looking for a Technical Support Executive to assist clients with technical issues related to our digital tools, products, and services. This is a beginner-level role, ideal for candidates from a technical background who are keen to learn and grow.
Key Responsibilities
Resolve client technical queries related to digital products/tools Troubleshoot basic to medium-level technical issues Escalate complex problems to the technical team with proper details Ensure timely resolution and a smooth client experience.
Eligibility: BCA / BSc IT / Diploma / BTech or similar technical background Freshers or candidates with 0–1 year experience Basic knowledge of software, tools, and troubleshooting
Skills Required Logical thinking & problem-solving mindset Good communication skills Willingness to learn and adapt
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10,752.26 - ₹15,000.00 per month
