What we're looking for?

graphic design

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and execute end-to-end design projects, including
UI design
,
branding
,
marketing collaterals
,
presentations
, and
campaigns
.
Translate business goals and marketing strategies into compelling
visual assets
that reflect the brands personality and purpose.
Ensure consistency across all
visual touchpoints
while maintaining and evolving brand guidelines.
Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders (marketing, product, growth, leadership) to understand requirements and deliver impactful
design solutions
.
Oversee timelines, resources, and workflows to ensure projects are delivered on time and meet high quality standards.
Manage external
vendors
,
freelancers
, or
agencies
when required, ensuring
brand alignment
and
creative consistency
.
Present concepts and designs to stakeholders and confidently advocate for design choices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

5-8 years of hands-on design experience in
communication design
,
UI/UX
, and
branding
preferably in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in
visual storytelling
,
UI design
,
branding
, and multi-channel marketing campaigns.
Proven experience leading design projects from concept to execution. Proficiency in design tools like
Adobe Creative Suite
,
Figma
,
Sketch
, etc.
Solid understanding of
design systems
,
visual hierarchy
,
typography
, and
color theory
.
Excellent project management and organizational skillsable to prioritize and juggle multiple projects with ease.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience working in collaboration with marketing and product teams.
