Mis Executive

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Management & Data Maintenance

• Maintain and update the complete database of leads from all sources (web inquiries, events, telecalling, references, marketing campaigns, etc.).
• Regularly follow up with the sales team to gather weekly updates on lead status and ensure no lead is left unattended.
• Track movement of each lead through the sales funnel and ensure real-time accuracy of data.
• Validate, clean, and enrich the database by filling in missing details and correcting inconsistencies.

2. Data Mining & New Data Sourcing

• Identify and curate new potential customers through online research, directories, industry platforms, and competitor analysis.
• Create structured lists for the sales and tele calling teamssegmented by industry, geography, application, or any other relevant criteria.
• Keep a steady pipeline of fresh data ready for outreach.

3. CRM Setup, Management & Optimization

• Assist in planning, creating, and implementing a CRM system (if newly introduced).
• Configure fields, workflows, automations, reporting dashboards, and user access.
• Ensure the CRM is used properly by the sales team; provide training and support as needed.
• Maintain hygiene and compliance within the CRM—no duplicate entries, incomplete fields, or outdated information.

4. Sales Reporting & Analysis

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management.
• Develop insights on lead quality, sales team performance, conversion rates, and bottlenecks.
• Analyze historical data to predict trends and improve strategy.
• Build customized dashboards or Excel reports as required.

5. Communication & Coordination

• Act as the central point of contact between, sales, marketing, MDO, and telecalling teams for all data-related updates.
• Notify stakeholders when a lead requires action (follow-up overdue, documents pending, proposal needed, etc.).
• Ensure timely escalation of critical or stalled leads.
• Track tasks assigned to different team members and provide reminders or nudges.

6. Process Improvement & Compliance

• Suggest improvements to the data entry, reporting, and lead management processes.
• Establish standardized formats and SOPs for lead handling across teams.
• Monitor adherence to the lead tracking process and maintain discipline among users.
• Work closely with Marketing & Sales leadership to refine KPIs and reporting frameworks.

7. Documentation & Record Keeping

• Maintain organized records of sales team submissions, and lead histories.
• Keep logs of tele calling updates, email campaigns, and follow-up schedules.

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, dashboards).
• Experience with CRM systems (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent) is a big plus.
• Good analytical and logical thinking skills.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and drive timely updates.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Ability to manage deadlines and work with minimal supervision.
• Preferably 2–5 years of experience in MIS, Sales Coordination, or Sales Operations.
