Job Purpose:

To provide accurate Management Information System (MIS) reports, manage billing processes, and support data-driven decision-making by ensuring timely and accurate documentation, analysis, and coordination across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

MIS (Management Information System) Activities:

  • Prepare, maintain, and update daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
  • Collect and consolidate data from various departments for performance tracking.
  • Analyze trends and variances to support management in decision-making.
  • Maintain dashboards and KPIs for operational, financial, and HR data.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy and timeliness of reports.
  • Support management presentations and data analysis for review meetings.

Billing Activities:

  • Manage end-to-end billing operations (invoice preparation, verification, posting, and follow-up).
  • Coordinate with internal teams for purchase orders (POs), service entries, and payment follow-ups.
  • Ensure compliance with company billing standards and financial policies.
  • Maintain accurate billing records and documentation for audit purposes.
  • Support in reconciliation of billing and payment status with Finance team.

General Administrative Support:

  • Assist in budget monitoring and cost tracking related to billing and admin operations.
  • Provide analytical support for warranty cost, vendor payments, and expense monitoring.
  • Handle ad-hoc data requirements and administrative tasks as assigned by management.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong analytical and reporting skills (Excel, Power BI preferred).
  • Good understanding of billing, invoicing, and documentation processes.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Strong communication and coordination abilities.

Educational Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.
