Lead User Interface Designer

As a UI Lead at Games2win, you will be responsible for leading a team of UI and Graphic artists to fulfill in-house requirements for the company's top 5 games. This role requires 6 to 7 years of work experience and involves reporting directly to the CEO, Alok Kejriwal. The position is based in Mumbai, with work scheduled from Monday to Friday at the office in Tardeo. Your primary responsibilities will include collaborating with the CEO, Product Managers, and Game Designers to comprehend their briefs and guide your team in creating user-centric, trendy, and intuitive user interfaces (UI) for mobile games. It is essential to stay updated on industry best practices by researching and engaging with various top mobile games. Additionally, you will be involved in designing UI elements such as flows, menus, HUDs, high-fidelity mockups, and graphical assets for mobile screens. Consistency in the look and feel across the UI, as well as a focus on enhancing the user experience (CX), are key aspects of this role. To qualify for this position, you should have led a team of at least 3+ members in the past. Candidates with a background in graphic design, interaction design, or related fields, along with a minimum of 6-7 years of experience in mobile games/apps, are encouraged to apply. Proficiency in prototyping tools like Axure, Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, Photoshop, and Illustrator is required. Knowledge of Unity 3D is considered a plus. Strong graphic design skills, an understanding of visual design principles, and the ability to make independent design decisions are essential for this role.
