Job Description

Lead UI/UX Designer

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the UI/UX design team, ensuring high-quality design output and timely delivery.
Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability studies to understand user needs and behavior.
Develop wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
Establish design guidelines, standards, and best practices across all product lines.
Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into compelling design solutions.
Conduct design reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
Ensure consistent brand identity and user experience across all digital touchpoints.
Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and emerging technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
5+ years of experience
in UI/UX design, including at least
2 years in a lead or senior role
.
Strong portfolio showcasing mobile and web application design work.
Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Illustrator, etc.).
Deep understanding of design principles, usability standards, and responsive design.
Strong communication, leadership, and project management skills.
Ability to convert complex problems into simple, elegant solutions.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with SaaS platforms or enterprise applications.
Knowledge of HTML/CSS basics for better collaboration with development teams.
Familiarity with design systems and component libraries.
Experience in motion graphics or micro-interactions (optional but preferred).

Salary Range:

As per industry standards and experience.
