Lead User Interface Designer

As a UI Lead with 6-10+ years of experience, you will be responsible for: - Designing enterprise-grade solutions with a strong understanding of large-scale deployments - Providing technical leadership across all UI technologies, adhering to UI development standards and practices - Offering highly modular and performant UI solutions - Leading the team effectively or working as an individual contributor when required - Representing UI technologies internally within the organization and externally to customers - Addressing non-functional requirements such as cross-browser support, creating reusable components, and optimizing UI code for high performance - Staying updated on current trends and best practices in architecture, including performance, accessibility, and usability - Demonstrating good analytical and problem-solving skills - Exhibiting excellent communication and interpersonal skills Competencies required for this role include: - Experience in responsive UI design, UI design patterns, and best practices - Hands-on experience in UI technologies like JavaScript (including Object-oriented JavaScript), CSS Frameworks (e.g., Bootstrap, Material Design), and JavaScript Frameworks (e.g., Angular, Typescript, ReactJS) - Familiarity with Unit Testing Frameworks such as Jasmine, Mocha, Karma, and Protractor - Ability to identify and resolve UI performance bottlenecks, optimize UI code, and work on API integrations - Experience collaborating with offshore and onshore teams in Agile software development projects Qualifications: - BE/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech/M.S/MCA degree Please note that this job requires a deep understanding of UI technologies, strong leadership skills, and the ability to stay updated on industry trends and best practices.,
