UI Lead/Architect

As a UI Lead, you will be responsible for designing and developing enterprise-grade UI solutions, leading technical efforts for large-scale deployments. Your role will involve defining the technical direction of UI technologies, optimizing for performance, and ensuring adherence to best practices. You should have a strong background in UI development, expertise in leading teams, optimizing UI code, and driving UI architecture decisions. Key Responsibilities: - Design modular, scalable, and performant UI solutions for enterprise-grade applications while ensuring adherence to UI development standards and best practices. - Lead the technical efforts in UI technologies, including the development of reusable components, performance optimization, and cross-browser support. - Provide technical guidance and support to the UI team, act as an individual contributor when required, and represent UI technologies internally and externally to customers. - Address non-functional requirements such as optimizing UI performance, solving UI performance bottlenecks, and ensuring cross-browser compatibility. - Stay up-to-date with current trends in UI architecture, including performance, accessibility, and usability, and implement these practices within the team. - Work effectively with offshore and onshore teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment across all team members. Participate in Agile software development processes. Required Skills: - Extensive experience in designing and developing responsive UI solutions and UI design patterns. - Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including object-oriented JavaScript, and experience with JavaScript frameworks such as Angular (latest version), ReactJS, or Typescript. - Expertise in CSS frameworks like Bootstrap, Material Design, and others to create flexible, responsive, and visually appealing UI. - Hands-on experience with unit testing frameworks (e.g., Jasmine, Mocha) and optimizing UI code for performance. - Experience integrating UI with APIs and handling data from backend services. - Strong experience working in Agile software development projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering iteratively. - Excellent leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to represent UI technologies to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Preferred Skills: - Experience working with offshore and onshore teams to deliver high-quality UI solutions. - Expertise in identifying and solving UI performance bottlenecks and optimizing frontend applications for high performance. - Passion for staying updated on trends in UI/UX design, performance, and accessibility. Qualifications: - Education: BE/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech/M.S/MCA degree or equivalent experience. - Experience: 8+ years of hands-on experience in UI development with a strong track record of leading UI teams and delivering large-scale, high-performance applications.,
