Role & responsibilities

Jira & Confluence Expertise:
Act as the go-to expert for Jira and Confluence, managing workflows, dashboards, and documentation. Create, maintain, and optimize reports to track project progress and team performance.
Reporting & Analysis:
Generate detailed reports from Jira, Confluence, and Excel to provide actionable insights for product and project teams.
Project Management:
Assist in planning, executing, and closing technical projects, ensuring alignment with product goals and timelines. Utilize your experience in Scrum and project management methodologies to drive efficiency.
Technical Project Support:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of technical projects, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and delivery.

Preferred candidate profile

Proven experience with Jira and Confluence, including report generation and dashboard creation.
Strong proficiency in Excel for report creation and data analysis.
Hands-on experience in Scrum, Agile, and project management.
Demonstrated ability to manage and support technical projects.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
