Bhadegadi / Kwick WebSolution PVT LTD is building real-world B2B passenger travel technology for India across buses, cabs, hotels, drivers, operators, and customers, and all the messy realities in between. We are not a hype startup chasing buzzwords. Were a stable, aggressive, and growing company solving actual problems at scale in Indian travel and mobility. We already have traction and active B2B usage, and were now rebuilding and leveling up the platform. Role overview: This is a hands-on operator role working closely with the founder. You’ll help shape product direction, research the market, and build new business and GTM channels. This role requires founder-mode thinking when needed ownership, judgment, and bias for action. There’s no fixed playbook; you’ll help create it. If you want to learn fast, grow aggressively, and build something real, you’ll feel at home here. What you’ll do: * Help shape product direction through real customer, market and operational insights * Explore, test, and implement new business and GTM channels * Partner directly with the founder on strategy, prioritization, and high stakes trade-offs * Engage regulary with customers, vendors, drivers, and partners to surface real-world problems * Evaluate decisions through the lens of business impact, revenue, and operational efficiency Who this role is for: * Thrives in ambiguity with high ownership * Curious, fast learner, and willing to grow * Thinks beyond features and focuses on outcomes * Willing to do hands-on manual work before systems and automations are in place Experience & background: * 3–5 years experience in early-stage startups preferred * Early employees / founding team members strongly preferred * Founders or ex-founders are welcome to apply * Relevant backgrounds include: Business Ops / Strategy & Growth & Partnerships (early-stage) in B2B Travel and Tourism industry experience considered an asset Please apply even if you don't have a solid experience, less experience is acceptable if you’re hungry and serious about learning What this role is not: * Not a pure sales or lead-generation role * Not a marketing or branding role * Not a corporate product manager role * Not a “read tickets and execute” role Location Ahmedabad-based preferred.
