As a Technical Architect, you will be responsible for architecting, designing, and implementing features with strong emphasis on non-functional requirements, ensuring highly performant, resilient, maintainable, and scalable product aligned with business objectives. The successful candidate will possess excellent problem-solving skills with a strong background in building distributed systems. Key Responsibilities: • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications and architecture designs. • Lead architecture and design of platform features to meet functional and non-functional requirements and adhering to development best practices, coding standards. • Evaluate and recommend appropriate technologies, frameworks, and tools to support the development process and enhance system performance. • Lead the creation of technical architecture and design documents, data models et al, and ensure they are up to date, and all stakeholders understand and agree with them. • Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure that the system/feature architecture and design align with business objectives and initiatives. • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the engineering team, helping resolve complex technical issues and ensuring successful delivery of features. • Define and implement best practices for continuous integration, continuous deployment (CI/CD), and automated testing. • Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, maintainability, and adherence to architectural guidelines. • Drive innovation and contribute to the evolution of our technical architecture to meet changing business needs and market demands. • Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends and assess their potential impact on our architecture and development practices. • Lead by example, demonstrating technical excellence, professionalism, and a commitment to continuous improvement. Qualifications and Skills: • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. • 10-15 years of experience as Technical Architect, or a similar role. • Proven experience in designing and implementing distributed systems. • Strong understanding of software architecture principles, design patterns, and architectural styles. • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform, and familiarity with cloud-native architectures. • Solid understanding of database technologies (SQL and NoSQL) and data modeling concepts. • Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools for infrastructure automation such as Docker and Kubernetes. • Extensive hands-on experience with Python, including proficiency in Python frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI. • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies. • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex technical challenges and propose innovative solutions. • Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. • Any relevant architecture certification is a plus. • Strong leadership abilities with a passion for mentoring and developing technical talent. As a UI Lead with 6-10+ years of experience, you will be responsible for designing enterprise-grade solutions and demonstrating a strong understanding of large-scale deployments. Your role will involve providing technical leadership across all UI technologies, including adhering to UI development standards and practices. You should be capable of delivering highly modular and performant UI solutions and leading a team effectively if required, while also representing UI technologies both internally within the organization and externally to customers. Your experience should include addressing non-functional requirements like cross-browser support, creating common reusable components, profiling and optimizing UI code for high performance, and staying updated on current trends and best practices in architecture, with a focus on performance, accessibility, and usability. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential for this role, along with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Key competencies for this position include expertise in responsive UI design, UI design patterns, and best practices associated with them. Hands-on experience with various UI technologies such as JavaScript (including object-oriented JavaScript), CSS Frameworks (e.g., Bootstrap, Material Design), and JavaScript Frameworks (e.g., Angular, Typescript, ReactJS) is required. Familiarity with Unit Testing Frameworks like Jasmine, Mocha, and relevant technologies like Karma and Protractor is also necessary. You should be skilled in identifying and resolving UI performance bottlenecks, optimizing UI code, handling API integrations, and collaborating effectively with offshore and onshore teams within Agile software development projects. Reporting & Analysis: Generate detailed reports from Jira, Confluence, and Excel to provide actionable insights for product and project teams.
